Rick helped me sell my house in downtown Ottawa in the Summer of 2017. I had previously tried to sell it with a full-commission agency, but was unsuccessful.
I would recommend Rick highly. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and both prompt and clear in his communications.
In addition, he is proactive in his efforts to find buyers, and held regular Open Houses. Most importantly, it was clear to me that achieving the highest possible price for me was Rick's top priority.

Working with Rick was a real joy. He helped us get through a purchase-and-sale that saw some ups and downs.
First we had an agreement on a house but Rick advised us to walk away from it when the inspection revealed significant structural problems. Then we found another house and the pressure was on to sell our existing one in a soft market.
The clock was ticking and the sharks were circling.
At one point, we were thinking
of pulling the plug and staying
