What does it cost?
This is where I’m not like the other agents:
- Homes under $400,000 are $7000. This includes $3500 for a Buyer’s agent.
- Homes $400,000 - $900,000 are $9000. This includes $4500 for a Buyer’s agent.
- Homes over $900,000 are 1% of the sale price. This includes 0.5% for a Buyer’s agent.
All sales charge $950 on top of the above commission for agent expenses, payable on closing of the sale.
