What does full real estate service include?
When I promise to provide Full Real Estate Services this includes listing your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) of our Board (http://www.REALTOR.ca and http://www.onepercentrealty.com), taking photos, advertising your property, holding open houses, “For Sale” sign, lock boxes, showings, all documentation and contracts, negotiations, being informed, cooperating with brokers who represent buyers, and responding to inquiries. Essentially, ALL THE WORKS!
In addition to the Full Service provided, I also offer the following:

The 1% Deal For Sellers
Flexibility for more commission to the buyer's agent is offered if wanted.
If you still want to offer more commission to the buyer’s agent on MLS®, more than $3500 or 0.5% in homes over $700,000 - the choice is yours. We would still charge you the same fee for our listing portion of the commission and you could offer the buyer’s agents a higher MLS® commission if you wanted to. Since we don’t believe offering any additional commission is necessary, One Percent Realty sells your home itself, without an outside Buyer agent, we would only charge you $7950 for a home under $700,000 (or 1% + $950 for a home over $700,000).
