During the early-mid 2000's, The average home price in GTA was around $315,000(TorontoPost). Traditional commission of 5% would total $15,750(2.5/2.5 to seller/buyer agent) that the seller is responsible for, considering the market price during those times, it would seem reasonable. However for 2022, the average home price in GTA is now 1.24M(FinancialPost), meaning that same seller would be on the line for a potential $62,000 in fee's using the traditional 5% commission. Fortunately @ One Percent Realty, you would ONLY pay a TOTAL commission of 1%. In Practice, using our "Motto", the same 1.24M dollar home would have the seller paying $12,400 for the full transaction from Start to Sold to Closing & Beyond. This would result in a direct savings of a WHOPPING $49,600!!!!!!********
