I’ve worked with some ‘big name’ brokerages - Coldwell Banker, Re/Max, Sutton and what I’ve learned is that it isn’t the brokerage that represents you or markets your property - its the individual REALTOR and yet more then 50% of the commission you pay is given to the brokerages and the sales representative that isn’t even representing your interests. I think it’s time to change this model and I’m starting with my own personal business at One Percent Realty Ltd Brokerage.

A Stratford native, I recently returned to my hometown, from Mulmur in Duﬀerin County. Everything in life has seen drastic changes in the past few years - some good and some not. My family have been in the construction business since 1946 when my Grandpa Ed moved from New Brunswick and started a carpentry business, which my dad Ron took over when Ed

retired. My cousin now owns and operates the business. It must be in my blood because I love building, renovating, designing and decorating.

Professionally my background is in banking (15yrs), retail, hospitality and manufacturing. Focusing on excellence in professional development and customer service. My experience and knowledge enables me to provide you with guidance and advice to minimize and often eliminate risks when buying and selling real estate.
