I’m a hardworking, small-town guy who is shaped by a family-oriented upbringing and a strong sense of community growing up. I knew early on I’d work towards a career in construction, and that’s exactly what I did. As I continued to follow my passion of building visions into value, my interest in real estate grew with it. These two passions made it easy for me to decide that I wanted to help people turn a house into a home. Having a blend of the two gives me the insight on what a good home needs and how to find people their dream home. My number one priority is making sure my clients are stress-free and comfortable in the process of buying, selling or leasing a home. I commit to being fully transparent and providing the support and communication you need, when you need it. We believe that consumers want the assistance of a professional agent and a listing on a MLS® real

estate board but at a reasonable commission rate.

What we charge to sell your home:

- Homes under $400,000 are $7,000 commission (includes $3,500 for a Buyer agent)

- Homes between $400,000-$900,000 are $9,000 commission (includes $4,500 for a Buyer agent)

- Homes over $900,000 are 1% of the sale price commission (includes 0.5% for a Buyer agent)

In addition to the above, all sales charge a $950 fee on top of the commission

- If you want to offer even more commission just to the Buyer’s agent on MLS® – the choice is yours.

- No upfront fees too!

We provide full service real estate including a MLS® listing on a local real estate board. We

advertise your home where buyers & other agents are looking, including www.REALTOR.ca &

hundreds of other Internet sites, street sign, & lots more just like the other agents. We show your

home to potential buyers. We negotiate offers on your behalf. We hold open houses. We do market

evaluations. It’s full service!
