What do we charge?

$7,950 for homes under $400,000 (includes $3,500 for a Buyer’s agent)

$9,950 for homes between $400,000 - $900,000 (includes $4,500 for a Buyer’s agent)

1% of the sale price + $950 for homes over $900,000 (includes 0.5% for a Buyer’s agent)

**Flexibility to offer more commission to the buyer's agent, if you choose.
