At One Percent Realty Ltd., Brokerage, we charge a total of $7,950 for residential properties under $400,000. For residential properties $400,000-$900,000 we charge $9,950. For residential properties over $900,000 we charge 1% of the sale price plus $950. Plus Applicable taxes, of course. We also offer the flexibility to offer more commission to the buyer's agent, if you want to. It is as simple as that!

On a $900,000 sale, this is the breakdown of our $9,950 commission
- $4,500 to the Listing agent
- $4,500 to the Buyer’s agent
- $950 fee payable on closing
- Plus HST

FIXED LISTING COMMISSION: $ $5450 + HST
DOUBLE ENDED TOTAL COMMISSION : $9950 + HST
BUYER AGENT COMMISSION: $ 4500 + HST *

FIXED LISTING COMMISSION: 0.5%+$950 +HST
DOUBLE ENDED TOTAL COMMISSION: 1% + $950+HST
BUYER AGENT COMMISSION: 0.5%+HST *
*OUR COMMISSION PORTION WILL STAY THE SAME BUT, There is the flexibility to offer more commission to the buyer's agent higher MLS® commission if you wanted to. We are not allowed to take ANY additional commission if I, or another One Percent agent brings the offer.
