How Does One Percent Realty Work?

  • Homes under $400K: $7,950 commission (includes $3,500 for the buyer’s agent)
  • Homes $400K - $900K: $9,950 commission (includes $4,500 for the buyer’s agent)
  • Homes over $900K: 1% of the sale price + $950 (includes 0.5% for the buyer’s agent)

At One Percent Realty, you have the flexibility to offer more commission to the buyer’s agent if you choose. While our standard structure already provides great value, you can decide to increase the buyer’s agent commission—all while still saving thousands compared to traditional commission rates!
