Welcome to onepercentrealty.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by One Percent Realty Ltd. (together with its affiliates, “One Percent Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and any content, tools, features, or services made available through it. 1. No Agency Relationship / Informational Purpose Only

The Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Use of the Website does not create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and One Percent Realty.

Real estate services are only provided under a separately executed written agreement in accordance with applicable provincial legislation, including the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2020 (Ontario) (“TRESA”), where applicable.

2. No Legal, Financial, or Real Estate Advice

You understand that you may withdraw consent at any time by using unsubscribe mechanisms provided or by contacting us directly. Withdrawal of consent does not affect communications required to respond to an active inquiry or fulfill legal obligations.

Submission of information through the Website does not create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or client relationship.

7. MLS® / DDF® Listing Data Disclaimer

The Website may display real estate listing information obtained from third-party sources, including Multiple Listing Services® and the Data Distribution Facility® (DDF®).
