Here’s a cold hard fact: Over 85% of our listings Sales in Ontario were Sold by Agents from other Brokerages (i.e. Buyer Agents from Re/Max, Century 21, Royal Le Page, Homelife etc.) and the remainder is sold by private buyers (i.e. unrepresented buyers). This is roughly in line with Industry Standards.

Our system is based on the Internet and the MLS. Most Serious/Motivated buyers are on MLS all day looking at homes, and contact their agent to book a showing or put in an offer.
 
Agents by Law are required to inform of all Listings. This is how we sell and sell successfully. Just look at our track record. We have been in business since 1999.
 
Please keep in mind, we do not charge any fees upfront. So, if our system did not work, we would not get paid. So why would we waste our time? 

On the other hand, if a seller feels uncomfortable with the commission being offered to the buyer's agent, they are free to offer more commission to the buyer's agent! Our Listing Fee remains the same at 0.5%+$950 (or $5450 for properties under $900k)

A. Under $700,000, we charge a flat fee of $7,950 plus HST(Only Pay if your home sells)*. Over $700,000, we charge 1.95% on the first $100,000 and 1% on the balance of the selling price plus HST*. Remember, there are no upfront fees and you only pay if your home SELLS*.

There are several reasons that other agents do show One Percent listings.
