Commission rates VARY for Real Estate Salespersons. The commission totals are typically SPLIT between the Buyer’s and Seller’s Agents and paid by the Seller.

 *Homes selling between $400,000 - $900,000 are charged a FLAT FEE of $4,500 to the One Percent Realty Listing Agent plus a $950 Brokerage Fee at time of closing.

**If you choose to increase the Buyer Agent commission to 2%, my listing commission REMAINS 0.5% or the flat fee of $4,500 – depending on the sale price. Total commission paid would be 2.5% or 2% + $4,500. Which still SAVES YOU THOUSANDS of $$$!

Don’t forget to ADD in the thousands of dollars for the 13% HST!

If One Percent Realty Ltd. represents BOTH you the Seller and represents the Buyer, we will NOT collect this additional increased Buyer Agent commission from you. The One Percent Realty Buyer Agent would collect the flat fee of $4,500 or 0.5%, depending on the sale price.

One Percent Realty Ltd. will disclose this commission reduction agreement to Buyer agents/Buyers, as per our regulatory requirements to do so.

About Me

With over 15 years of sales experience and 5 years of project management experience, I am organized and professional. I pride myself in being someone who does not pressure people or push my own agenda. However, I will negotiate strongly on your behalf. 

I am a LIFELONG resident of BURLINGTON and raised my three children and four dogs in Burlington. I have owned three different homes and understand how overwhelming moving can be. I will successfully navigate you through this critical decision making process…from start to finish.

I am based in BURLINGTON but happy to work in Halton, Hamilton and Niagara areas. 

I have a University Degree in Psychology, College Certificate in Public Relations, as well as credits from McMaster University in Mediation and Negotiation.
