the Listing Agent plus $950 Brokerage Fee at time of closing.
If you choose to increase the Buyer Agent commission to 2% my listing commission REMAINS the flat fee of $4,500 or 0.5% depending upon the price point. If One Percent Realty Ltd. represents BOTH the Seller and the Buyer, we will NOT collect this additional increased commission from you.
One Percent Realty Ltd. will disclose commission reduction agreement to Buyer agents/Buyers, as per our regulatory requirements to do so.
