Over 25 years working in client focused industries worldwide, I pride myself on communication, knowledge, and responsiveness.  Born in the UK, and lived in both Italy and Singapore, I made Canada home nearly 12 years ago.  My interests mainly revolve around anything financial, languages, and trivia.

I have worked in real estate both in Italy, translation and construction, and here in Ontario, as a licensed real estate salesperson.  My experiences over the years have highlighted the importance of knowledgeable communication between all parties in a transaction, in a timely manner.

The 1% deal, this is where we are not like other agents;

-Homes under $400,000 are $7,950. This includes $3,500 for a Buyer's agent.

-Homes $400,000 - $900,000 are $9,950. This includes $4,500 for a Buyer's agent.

-Homes over $900,000 are 1% of the sale price + $950.  This includes 0.5% for a Buyer's agent.

Just like the other agents, you pay the commission when your home sale closes, You DON'T PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT!

-prepare comparative Market Analysis and review with seller prior to the signing of the listing contract,

- prepare documents necessary, and review with seller, for listing the property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®),

- arrange for professional photography to showcase the property's features in marketing materials and online listings, advertising the property worldwide on "realtor.ca" which had 1.8 billion property views in 2022,

- arrange for the property to be measured,

- have a For Sale sign erected on the property, 

- produce a full-colour "Feature Sheet" for potential buyers,

- organize and host open houses to attract potential buyers and facilitate in-person viewings,

- co-operate with brokerages representing buyers, and respond to consumer and real estate agent inquiries,

- arrange viewings of the property for real estate agents and prospective buyers,

- provide market updates to the seller as requested,

- review each Agreement of Purchase and Sale that is submitted for the seller's consideration, and assist the seller to negotiate favourable terms and conditions with a buyer,

- guide you through paperwork, and close the transaction successfully,

- offer assistance and guidance to the seller after the sale, including any post-closing concerns or questions.
