He worked as a Management Consultant which helped broaden his experience. He was eventually recruited to join an engineered wood products manufacturer in the USA as a Senior Business Manager with the task of improving the overall productivity of the operation. His goal was to eventually return home to Ontario where he wanted to pursue a career in real estate.
Martin began his real estate career working with a well known brokerage with the focus on traditional real estate. He was an award winning agent with sales volume that was above the industry average. He has a proven track record in the real estate industry with more than a 100 transactions to date.
